Here at Community Horizons, we are assisting a family that is based in the De Pere area. In this position, you would be helping a mother with her adult son, who has special needs along with medium to higher support needs. This caregiver would be helping this gentleman with personal cares along with supportive home care needs.

Location: De Pere WI
Schedule:
- Pick your days to work
- Monday-Friday or weekends, 5 pm- 8 pm
Pay:
- $16.32/Hour
Tasks:
- Assist with bathing and toileting
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping (Laundry, mopping, sweeping, dishes)
- Assist with medications.
- Nail and hair care
- Able to have a conversation with a member
- Transfers utilizing a steady lift (Similar to a Sit-To-Stand).
- Catheter care
