Are you a compassionate and patient individual with a passion for helping others reach their full potential? A family in the Luxemburg, WI community is seeking a compassionate, energetic respite care provider for a young man with Autism within their home. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys creating a calm, supportive environment and engaging in fun activities. In this role you will be responsible for some of the following but not limited to bathing, personal cares, dressing, meal prep, brushing teeth, medication distribution, and much much more. We are looking for someone who is reliable, understanding, and committed to fostering independence with guidance. If you have a genuine desire to empowering a young man with autism and help him achieve his goals we encourage you to apply.
Must-Haves: Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license , Safe and welcoming home environment, Willingness to engage with adults with special needs, Calm, patient demeanor, Compassionate approach, Energetic and interactive personality, you are kind, reliable, and looking to make a positive difference, this could be a wonderful match!
