Community Horizons is assisting a member to find the right fit in her home in Sparta, WI. She is a kind and caring woman who needs some support to live independently.
Schedule: Daily 8:00–9:00 AM and/or 8:00–9:00 PM (short shifts)
Estimated 10–15+ hours per month
Pay: $18.00/hour
Summary: Community Horizons is assisting the member to find a dependable, compassionate personal caregiver to assist with daily routines in a private home. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys one-on-one support, has a patient demeanor, and is motivated to make a real difference in someone’s day-to-day life.
Tasks:
Assist with dressing, undressing, and personal hygiene
Support toileting and shower routines
Maintain skin care and personal comfort
Light household chores and laundry
Help ensure a safe and organized living space
Ideal Candidate:
Kind, patient, and reliable
Previous caregiving experience helpful
Strong communication skills
Able to pass a background check
