Community Horizons is looking for a fun, dependable, and compassionate caregiver for a lovely lady based in the De Pere area. This woman is looking for her care staff to help her with repositioning, transfers, showering, peri care, housekeeping, etc. The woman in need is a Triplegic, so some experience in the healthcare field would go a long way, but if you’re new to the field, we are eager to hear from you.

 

Please note: My member does have very friendly cats and a dog in the home.

 

 

Location:

 

-        De Pere WI

 

Available Shifts:

 

Noc Shift:

 

-        Every other weekend, 10:00 PM- 8:00 AM

 

Am Shifts:

 

-        Monday-Friday and every other weekend, 8:00 Am-10:00 PM

 

(Days are broken during the week and will be discussed in the phone screen)

 

 

-        AM shift Pay: $18.95/ Hour

-        PM shift Pay: $20.00/ Hour

 

 

 

Tasks Required:

 

      - Repositioning

- Providing skills care: straight cathing and assisting with a bowel program

- Transfers

- Personal care tasks: showering, bedside bath, peri-care.

- Dressing/undressing

- Housekeeping

- Meal prep

- Providing companionship

- Running errands as requested

- Spending time in the community when the weather allows

- Laundry

 

Must-haves:

 

- Driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle to get to work in

- Able to pass a Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check

- Have integrity

- Have initiative

- Be reliable

- Dependable and Honest

- A desire to provide the best care possible
