Evening Cleaner & Caregiver 

Are you looking to make a difference in the life of another individual who wants to remain as independent as possible?  Are you looking for a part-time afternoon position & would like to assist a gentleman in his home with laundry, general cleaning, and minor personal care?  If so, please consider submitting your resume for the following position.  Community Horizons is assisting this gentleman in recruiting a care provider who can be dependable to assist with general cleaning and personal care tasks.

Work Environment:  1:1 in members own home

Wage: $16.46 per hour

Evening Hours: 3:00 pm or After

·         3 days per week

·         2 hours per day

·         6 total hours per week

Member Instructed Tasks Include but are not limited to the following:

·         Personal Care to Feet & Legs: (cream and wraps to feet/legs)

·         Socks to Feet

·         Laundry

·         General Cleaning (bathroom & living space)

·         Hair washing 1x per week

·         Take out Trash

Ideal Candidate is Someone Who: 

·         Is Honest & Dependable

·         Likes to plan ahead and set goals for the next visit

·         Communicates effectively and is willing to speak up if they have a question or concern but also willing to listen to the member's wants/needs and desires.

·         Takes instructions well and follows through as the member desires

·         Enjoys cleaning/organizing the bathroom and living space

·         Is comfortable with care to feet and legs

·         Is Cat Friendly

·         Has a Favorable Background Check
