We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver/household support worker in Baldwin, WI to assist an individual in their home. 📍 Part-Time Caregiver/Household Support – Baldwin, WI
We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver/household support worker in Baldwin, WI to assist an individual in their home. As a self-directed employee, you are hired directly by the participant to provide approved support services.
Position Details:
* Hours: Approximately 2 hours per week
* Pay: $16.32/hour
* Schedule: Flexible (earliest start at 11:00 AM, must finish by 4:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
* Housekeeping (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping)
* Bathroom cleaning
* Kitchen cleaning and general tidying
* Occasional deeper cleaning (approximately every month
* Assisting with keeping living spaces organized (bedroom, common areas)
About the Individual:
* Hard of hearing and has a speech impairment
* Enjoys football and car racing
* Pet-friendly home (dog in the house)
*Lives with wife
Preferred Qualifications:
* Some housekeeping or related experience preferred
* Attention to detail
* Calm, patient, and dependable
Additional Notes:
* Must be comfortable around dogs
* Looking for someone who is flexible and takes initiative
