What does a shift look like?
There are day, evening, and weekend shifts available. Depending on the shift, you will be assisting with morning or night time routines; hoyer transfers, toileting, bathing/hygiene, meal time, light housekeeping, and enrichment activities. The individual you will be supporting enjoys keeping their hands and mind busy. Games (especially SCRABBLE!), arts, crafts, table activities are all enjoyed and encouraged.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
· Transfers with a Hoyer Lift
· Incontinence changing
· Peri-care
· Bed Bath and Shower assistance
· Bowel Program
· Dressing Assistance
· Leg/Foot Braces
· Meal Prep
· Light Housekeeping
· Errands occasionally
Ideal Candidate:
· Understanding of In-Home Care
. Follow Directions
· Reliable
· Self-Starter
· Stay on Task
· Outgoing
· Tech/Computer Savvy is a plus.
Wage:
Starting at $16.46 per hour.
