We’re looking for dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Caregivers to join our members’ team. In this role, you will be helping a disabled woman out of her own home with any daily living tasks, along with supportive home care needs. The hours involve this caregiver to work a live-in schedule from 8:00 AM on Friday until Monday 8:00 AM. If you’re ready to make a real difference, we want to hear from you!
To be considered for this role, applicants must have permanent residence within 30 to 50 miles of the Appleton area.
Shift:
- This shift goes from Friday 8 am to Monday 8 am
Pay:
- $16.50
_ (Awake and sleep hours are paid. Overtime is paid accordingly.)_
Job Duties:
- Trach suctioning and operating a ventilator overnight- Training included!
- Companionship and Conversation
- Prepare meals and/or snacks according to the client's preference
- Assist with transfers with a sit-to-stand
- Perform light housekeeping activities, which include: (Laundry, dishes, etc.)
- Assist with personal hygiene
- Assist with getting dressed
Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Candidates must be able to pass a Wisconsin caregiver background check
- Honesty and reliability are crucial attributes for candidates
- This is a smoke-free home
- Don’t worry if you’re new! Paid training is provided
