Here at Community Horizons, we’re looking for an energetic babysitter who loves kids and has a passion for helping them learn and grow age-appropriate independence. This wonderful family is based in the Appleton area and is seeking 4-10 hours of care each week on an as-needed basis. In this role, the babysitter would be taking care of two kind children who have special needs, with any daily living needs, along with doing fun activities.
Shift:
- As needed, flexible, 4-10 hours weekly
Pay:
- $14.39/hour.
Tasks:
· Ask parents what plans they have for the day
· Hang out and do fun activities with children
· Offer emotional support when needed
· Providing safety and supervision
· Helping with toileting
· Reminders on personal care
· Light housekeeping just related to children
Requirements:
· Dependable
· Being comfortable playing on the floor with little kids
· Someone who is Mature
· Reliable transportation to and from their home
· Must pass a Wisconsin background check
· 17-year-olds are welcome to apply
· Someone who is on time
· Experience with kids (paid or just taking care of your siblings counts!)
