Here at Community Horizons, we are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Caregivers to join our team of members. In this role, you’ll be helping a gentleman who suffers from multiple sclerosis with any of his daily living needs. If you’re someone who likes to make a real difference in someone's life, we want to hear from you!
Job Tasks:
- Assist with transferring from bed to wheelchair using a pivot transfer or a sit-to-stand lift.
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks (showering, dressing, hair care, etc.)
- Light housekeeping (sweeping, toileting, laundry, linen changes)
- Meal preparation
- Errands as needed (grocery shopping or pharmacy pick up).
- Assist with AFOs.
- Assist with any daily range of motion
- Assist with incontinence care.
Shifts available:
PRN or Part-time
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Every other weekend is required
PRN
- 3:00 PM- 11 PM
Pay:
- $13.00- 18.32 PM
A breakdown of the wage can be discussed
Requirements:
- Ability to pass a Wisconsin Caregiver background check.
- Valid Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
