.Now Hiring: Support Broker
Location: St. Croix and surrounding counties
Pay: $20/hr + Mileage Reimbursement (salary after 90 days)
Position: Semi-Remote (home office + community travel required)
What You’ll Do
As a Support Broker, you’ll be the bridge that connects individuals with the caregivers they need to live independently and with dignity. Your day-to-day work will include:
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
✔ Healthcare recruiting experience (required)
✔ 5+ years supporting the frail elderly or individuals with disabilities
✔ Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills
✔ Familiarity with self-directed or long-term care programs (a plus)
✔ A valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
