Work Schedule:
• Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Every other Saturday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Hourly Pay:
$16.32
About This Role:
This is a meaningful, hands-on position where your presence helps maintain independence, routine, and joy in someone’s daily life. You’ll join a self-managed care environment where the individual receiving support has a say in who joins their team — and where consistency and trust are valued above all.
Expect a friendly, upbeat atmosphere, where walks outside, shared laughter, and daily routines are all part of the job. Full training will be provided for medical tasks, including PEG tube support.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Preparing and administering meals and medications through a PEG tube
- Assisting with hygiene and other personal care needs
- Offering companionship and conversation
- Going for walks and enjoying time outdoors together
- Encouraging positive, engaging experiences throughout the shift
Who You Are:
- At least 18 years old
- Able to pass a background check
- Comfortable learning basic medical procedures (training provided)
- Reliable, respectful, and easy to connect with
- Enjoys being active and spending time outside
